Troubleshoot!

Having Trouble?

Here are a few things to consider:

  • Click here to login to Thinkspace.
  • You MUST use your CSU Student / Staff Login to access Thinkspace (eg. the same credentials you use to login to Interact2).
  • If you need to change your password, you will need to do so via CSU Gateway. You CANNOT change your password directly on the Thinkspace site. There is Login Help information here.
  • To check if you are logged in, look at the top right of your screen and you should see ‘Howdy, your username‘ in the black toolbar.
  • To create your first site on Thinkspace you’ll need to use the Site Creation tools. You can also find these by going to ‘My Sites’ in the black toolbar at the top of the Thinkspace page.
  • When creating your site, your Site Name is the URL (web address) for your site – eg. thinkspace.csu.edu.au/yoursitename. Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers, and cannot be changed later.

If you are still having trouble, please complete the Support Request Form and we’ll get back to you asap!
